Vic thoroughly cleaned, deveined and de-shelled the shrimp before placing them in an ice bath. He then began to boil water for the pasta before he grabbing the garlic, onion, salt, pepper and bread crumbs. Once the pasta was in the water, he began to sauté the garlic and onion in the pan with olive oil. When they were browned and translucent, he added the bread crumbs and then salt & pepper to taste. He strained the shrimp, gently tossed them into the pan and then added the strained pasta. As he was playing food for the both of us, I poured wine for the both of us.
